How to create custom reports in Google Analytics?
We spent the chapter on the reflection of the indicators you want to measure. This makes sense to know what you want to measure before putting in place tools to measure. In the sidebar of Google Analytics, go to “Custom Reports” and then “Create a Custom Report” in the upper right. Do a drag and drop the various statistics that you want to analyze (such as page views, visits, etc..) and then select the size.
Small dot on the vocabulary:
* The statistics represent data, interactions between users and the site.
* The dimensions are visitor segments (eg by their input source, geographic origin, etc..)
The statistics represent the columns in your report and dimensions represent the table rows. Note however that you can “only” drop 5 sizes in your custom report. Before submitting your report, remember to test it to verify that no errors were made in the configuration of custom report.
